This is to track replacing the 1.83GHz "rev2" Talos minis with 2.26GHz "rev3" Talos minis.

ftr, as there are no more 1.83ghz minis available anymore, here's the spec of the new "rev3" minis:

    * 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
    * 2GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x1GB
    * 160GB Serial ATA Drive
    * SuperDrive 8x (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
    * User's Guide (English)
    * Accessory kit

We're taking this opportunity to also cleanup:
- refimages should use same account/pswd as rest of build/unittest machines
- talos machines should be in build network (not QA network); needed to have these machines in build-vpn.

second batch of 100minis to be split out as follows:

Once we have all this online in production, lets see where we stand with wait times, and which (if any) need beefing up.

usepty=1 is the default for the BuildbotTac class so by removing it from this function for linux we get the right thing.

Grabbing one of the win7 minis for win7x64. Details in bug#543625. New plan is:

20 win xp
19 win7
1 win7 x64
20 osx 10.5.8

From today's dev platform call, all has been fine since disconnecting the rev2 machines last week, so formal ok to power off and reimage the old rev2 minis.
